We typically process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Free Shipping (Orders over £50)
– Carrier: EMS
– Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
– Basic tracking included

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. We cannot ship to certain remote areas in Asia and other restricted regions.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide (with some exceptions). International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply. These charges are not included in your order total and will be collected by your local customs office.

Returns & Exchanges

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. This helps us process your return efficiently when it arrives at our Bangor facility.

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Securely pack your items in the original packaging (especially important for delicate products like awning carpets or camping tableware). Include all original tags, manuals, and accessories. Affix the RMA number clearly on the package and ship to:

Step 4: Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days after arrival):

  • Refunds: Processed within 5 business days to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Exchanges: Shipped within 2 business days after approval (standard shipping times apply)

Note: Refunds may take 3-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure hygiene and product integrity, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Used camping inner tents (due to hygiene reasons)
  • Opened cook sets and camping tableware (for health and safety)
  • Custom-cut awning carpets & flooring (made to your specifications)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged item or incorrect product from our camping equipment or awning accessories range:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Provide photos of the damaged/incorrect item and packaging
  3. We’ll arrange a free return label and expedite your replacement

International Returns

For customers outside the UK (excluding restricted regions):

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
